We are currently in the process of finalising the Total Body Workout. The workout consists of 4 modules:

- Lower Body Strength & Stability
- Lower Body Mobility & Flexibility
- Upper Body Strength & Stability
- Upper Body Mobility & Flexibility
To make the programme flexible to use, we have divided our Total Body Workout into four discrete modules. If you wish, you can perform the whole programme by working your way through all four modules or, if you prefer, limit yourself to the two lower body modules and perform the two upper body modules on another occasion. If you are really pushed for time, you might chose to do one module at a time on four different occasions. It really is up to you. The only requirement is that you balance your use of the four modules both in terms of upper and lower body and of mobility and strength.
You should note that the workout has been designed for use by golfers who have learnt to brace and set their spine in a neutral position. If you are to avoid the risk of injury, it is important that you acquire these skills before attempting any kind of exercise. So, if you have not already done so, you should download and use our videos on trunk stability and posture.
In the Spring, we begin filming the first of our Intermediate Level Programmes. In line with our Foundation Level Programme, which recognized that golf is played from the ground up, we plan to start with The Role of the Legs in Lower Body Stability.
Our Intermediate Level Programme is a more intensive, highly focused conditioning programme, which recognizes that we place different demands on different joints and muscles at different points in the swing. With reference to biomechanical analysis, we identify the exact demands made on each active muscle at each phase in the swing and provide you with highly golf specific exercise-cum-drills that condition the muscles involved and enable them to perform their various functions with optimal efficiency.
The comprehensive nature of our coverage and attention to detail means that The Role of the Legs in Lower Body Stability will be a 5 video compilation. [Parts 1-4 cover address, backswing, downswing and follow-through. Part 5 is a stretching programme for all muscles worked in parts 1-4.]
